Join CACI and be part of a team that's shaping the future of counter-UAS technology!Responsibilities include:Derive, plan, document, and execute the tests, demonstrations, inspections, and analyses necessary to show compliance with system-, subsystem-, and component-level requirements for hardware and software.Define test system architecture, design tests, and design test equipment.Write test plans and procedures.Lead test readiness reviews and test events.Assist with risk assessment and management.Collaborate with team members to determine the best solutions to problems as they arise.Work with various engineering disciplines to understand, troubleshoot, and support project efforts.Required qualifications include:Bachelor of Science in Mechanical/Aerospace Engineering, Systems Engineering, or a related field.5+ years of relevant experience.Proficiency working with requirements, verification, and validation.Ability to lead a test team.Experience working with systems of systems.Desired qualifications include:Master of Science in Science, Technology, Engineering, or Mathematics (STEM).Exceptional verbal, written, and presentation skills.Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team.Ability to work on tight deadlines in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.Effective interpersonal and communication skills, both written and verbal.Experience across the systems engineering "V".What You Can Expect:A culture of integrity.At CACI, we place character and innovation at the center of everything we do.
