Job Description

A Sales Manager in the hospitality industry is responsible for leading a team of sales professionals to achieve sales goals and objectives.

Key Responsibilities include:

Sales Strategy and Planning: Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve sales targets and expand the customer base.
Sales Performance Monitoring: Track and analyze sales performance metrics, such as sales revenue, customer acquisition, and sales conversion rates.
Sales Forecasting and Reporting: Provide accurate sales forecasts and reports to senior management to inform business decisions.

Requirements and Skills

1. Experience: Proven sales management experience in Hospitality, typically 3-5 years.

2. Sales Knowledge: Strong understanding of sales principles, practices, and techniques within the Hospitality industry.

3. Analytical Skills: Ability to analyze sales data, identify trends, and make informed decisions.
