Job Description:

We are seeking a motivated and enthusiastic intern to join our marketing team and provide support in video editing, website updates and graphic design. This internship offers a unique opportunity to gain hands-on experience in a collaborative work environment while developing essential skills.

Key Responsibilities:

- Assist the Education and Events team with daily tasks and projects

- Participate in team meetings and contribute ideas

- Complete video editing, website updates (using WordPress), and some graphic design

- Support the preparation of local events

- Communicate effectively with team members to ensure smooth operations

- Perform administrative tasks to facilitate team activities

- Work onsite, 2-3 days per week

Skills and Qualifications:

- Currently pursuing a degree in a relevant field

- Good organizational and time management skills

- Good verbal and written communication abilities

- Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment

- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)

- Eagerness to learn and take on new challenges

• Must be able to work from the OPEN MINDS office, located at 15 Lincoln Sq., Gettysburg, PA 17325
• Must be able to work a minimum of 8 hours per week, 16-20 hours expected
• Must be available to work for a minimum of 12 consecutive weeks. Exceptions may be made for returning interns.
