• Monday-Thursday
• 5:30 AM - 4:00 PM

Assembler Requirements

• Previous manufacturing or assembly experience preferred, but not required
• Ability to follow written instructions, diagrams, and production guidelines
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, team-oriented manufacturing environment
• Willingness to work overtime as needed
• Reliable attendance and strong work ethic
• Steel-toe boots required

Key Responsibilities

• Assemble axle components and related parts according to work instructions
• Read and follow bills of materials and production guidelines
• Operate tools and equipment safely and efficiently
• Inspect assembled parts to ensure quality standards are met
• Maintain clean and organized work areas
• Report any safety, quality, or production concerns to supervisors
• Support daily production goals and deadlines
• Assist with process improvements and team initiatives
• Follow all company safety and quality standards
