Deliver direct nursing care to pediatric patients within scope of practice Obtain and document vital signs, medical history, and clinical observations Administer medications and treatments per provider orders Perform department‑based testing and assist with procedures Start and monitor IV infusions as directed Provide patient and family education under established care plans Identify changes in patient condition and elevate appropriately Collaborate closely with physicians, NPs, and the care team to ensure continuity of care Required Qualifications Active Massachusetts LPN license Graduation from an accredited practical nursing program Preferred Qualifications Experience in urgent care, pediatrics, or primary care Strong clinical judgment and ability to thrive in a fast‑paced setting Compassionate, family‑focused communication style Compensation & Benefits Competitive hourly pay Medical, dental, and vision coverage 401(k) with company match Paid time off & paid holidays Tuition assistance & professional development programs Wellness resources and employee support programs Ready to Make an Impact?
