About the Company This General Contractor, established over five decades ago, specializes in Hospitality-Multifamily, Healthcare, Religious, and Education projects.Their emphasis is on teamwork and delivering high-quality results for clients, focusing on cost control, time management, and excellence.The Superintendent will oversee daily operations on site, managing project staff and subcontractors to ensure project goals are met within set timeframes and budgets.RequirementsMinimum of 10 years of experience as a Superintendent on Commercial projects ranging from $10-30 million.Preferred experience in School construction, specifically K-12 and University projects.Local candidates in Memphis with knowledge of local codes and strong relationships with subcontractors are preferred.Education/ExperienceBachelor’s or Associate’s degree in Construction or Business Management is preferred (not mandatory).At least 3 years of experience in Educational projects, including K-12 and Higher Education.Over 10 years of experience as a superintendent in commercial construction, specializing in ground-up and new construction.
