DAY SHIFT POSITION DETAILS:

• Shift Team A1: 5 am to 5 pm, (WK1=Sun-Tue, WK2=Sun-Wed, 12-hours per day)
• Shift Team A2: 5 am to 5 pm, (WK1=Wed-Sat, WK2=Thur-Sat, 12-hours per day)

Salary: $21.00/hr. and up to an additional $2.86/hr. from our Monthly Bonus Incentive Program!

Monthly Bonus Incentive KPI Metrics Include: Safety, Attendance, Production and Downtime

NIGHT SHIFT POSITION DETAILS:

Shift Team B1: 5 pm to 5 am, (WK1=Sun-Tue, WK2=Sun-Wed, 12-hours per day) 

Salary: $21.00/hr.+ $2.00/hr. shift differential, and up to an additional $2.86/hr. from our Monthly Bonus Incentive Program!

Monthly Bonus Incentive KPI Metrics Include: Safety, Attendance, Production and Downtime

Job Description:  

The Mill Operator operates all functions related to operational plant activities. With team members, this role reports directly to the Shift lead and serves as primary plant operator. Candidate must be adept at anticipating needs, taking initiative, problem solving. 

Responsibilities:  

• Run Bagging Machine.
• Mill Operation.
• Dryer Operation.
• Loader Operation for yard mixing of material and filling of Green Bin.
• Skid steer operation for unloading of KD material from box trucks.
• Operation of Fork Truck, single and dual. 
• Loading and unloading of trucks with finish goods.
• Stacking of finish goods in warehouse and outside. 
• Participate in the plant safety meetings. 
• Raw Materials and Daily Reports of quality samples. 
• Receiving incoming raw materials with detail-oriented documentation. 
• Shipping and Receiving. 
• Signing trucks in and out of the plant for shipping of finish goods and bulk loads.
• Other Duties as Assigned. 

Qualifications/Education:  

• High School diploma or equivalent. 
• Requires the ability to communicate both verbally & in writing English.
• Demonstrates ability to work as a teamwork. 
• Demonstrates the ability to work under pressure and multi-task 
• Previous experience in manufacturing preferred.
