Position Type Part-time Front of House Team Member Responsibilities Demonstrate and reinforce core values Work drive-through both inside and outside in various kinds of weather Communicate effectively with guests and team members Prepare and package food and drinks with speed and accuracy Maintain a clean environment Maintain health and food safety standards Prompt and regular attendance for scheduled shifts Multitask and work at a quick, yet efficient, and thorough pace Other duties as assigned Qualifications and Requirements Energetic, self-driven, servant-minded Team-oriented, adaptable, dependable, with a strong work ethic Consistent and reliable Cheerful and positive attitude Strong interpersonal skills Detail-oriented Be willing and able to work a flexible schedule Ability to lift at least 50 pounds Ability to stand for long periods of time Ability to take initiative and problem solveAbility to speak English (bi-lingual a plus!) Ability to work in hot, cold, noisy, and fast paced environment Ability to work outside all seasons for 60+ minutes.
