Hooks, Meng & Clement (HMC) is a growing Nevada law firm seeking an experienced and organized HR Generalist to support the day-to-day Human Resources operations.

This role is ideal for an HR professional with solid generalist experience who can work independently, take ownership of responsibilities, and serve as a trusted resource to employees, supervisors, and firm leadership. The HR Generalist will work closely with the Office Manager and firm leadership. Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience as a Human Resources Generalist or in a similar HR role.
• HR experience in a law firm, professional services, or other fast-paced office environment with over 100 employees.
• Working knowledge of HR practices.
• Strong organizational and time-management skills.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to handle confidential and sensitive information with discretion.
• High interpersonal skills
• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field, or equivalent relevant professional experience in lieu of a degree
