St. Luke Lutheran Community is seeking compassionate and dependable Dietary Aides for our North Canton campus.
This role, under the supervision of our Dietary Manager, assists with various integral tasks related to the Dietary Department: Serving, dishwashing, cleaning, bussing tables, preparation of supplies, stocking, engaging with residents and more.
Schedule:
Full-Time (40 hours)
6:30AM - 3:00PM and/or 11:00AM - Close (7:30-8:00PM)
Every other weekend/Every other holiday (required)
Requirements:
Minimum 10th grade education and 16 years of age
Strong communication and interpersonal skills to effectively engage with residents, families, and other staff/team members
Compassionate and empathetic attitude towards residents and their families
Ability to switch-tasks/re-prioritize quickly in a fast-paced environment while remaining calm, cool, and collected
Strong attention to detail
Previous food service work preferred
