Quality Assurance Supervisor

The Quality Assurance Supervisor will oversee quality assurance and control processes to ensure the highest product standards. Responsibilities include auditing QC activities and documentation, recommending and monitoring process improvements, and ensuring compliance with food safety regulations.

Responsibilities:

* Maintain quality assurance programs and ensure compliance through audits, inspections, and process checks

* Investigate quality issues, oversee rework activities, and work with production teams to improve processes and resolve non-conformance concerns

* Perform testing on raw materials and finished goods, evaluate warehouse samples, and manage product hold procedures in the QAD system

* Maintain QA documentation and train operators on quality standards, food safety procedures, and compliance requirements

Required Skills & Experience:

* 5+ years of leadership experience in a food or beverage environment

* Bachelor's degree in Chemistry, Food Science, Agriculture, or a related field

* Must be able to work Monday to Friday from 7am to 4pm

* Experience handling Audits, paperwork reviews, and process checks

Preferred Skills & Experience:

* Certifications: PCQI, HACCP
