IT Specialist

Leonard Management Inc. is currently seeking an IT Specialist in its Elkhorn, NE location. The IT Specialist is responsible for analyzing existing business processes and systems, identifying areas for improvement, and designing technology solutions to optimize efficiency, developing functional specifications, and overseeing the implementation of new systems or enhancements to existing ones, often including user training and support. Reasonable Accommodations may be made to enable qualified individuals with disabilities to perform the essential functions.Essential FunctionsStrong, Clear Communication:Frequently providing any relevant information items like equipment changes, projects and training.Training and Development:Work with Restaurant teams to identify individuals to train and develop into restaurant IT support.Current System and Change Management:Work with Restaurant IT teams to maintain current systems and implement new systems, ensuring seamless integration with existing infrastructure.End User Training:Deliver training programs to end users on new system functionalities.User Account ManagementAccount setup and access management, including EID's and email.Assist TroubleshootingTroubleshooting and problem solving issues with all technology equipmentOther Duties as AssignedEducationBachelor’s Degree preferred.ExperiencePrevious experience in IT or an IT role.Prior work experience in a Quick Service Restaurant preferred.Certificates & LicensesValid driver’s license required. #J-18808-Ljbffr Paycom
