Insurance Agent

Overview We are looking for a motivated entrepreneur to become a Shelter Insurance Agent in Elsberry, MO. The role focuses on building and operating your own insurance agency, developing prospects, and selling Shelter Insurance products. Responsibilities Develop and nurture a pipeline of prospects and new clients. Sell Shelter Insurance products (auto, home, life, business) to meet and exceed sales requirements. Manage day‑to‑day operations of the agency, ensuring compliance with company standards. Recruit, train, and manage staff when expanding the agency. Qualifications Strong entrepreneurial spirit and self‑motivated attitude. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Experience in sales or a related field is helpful but not required; a college degree or general business coursework is preferred.
