What You’ll Do Perform specimen collection forpatients of all ages Utilize the laboratory informationsystem to accurately document specimen collection details, process testorders, and verify medical necessity Verify specimen labeling, quality,and acceptability for testing Transport specimens to designatedtesting areas as needed Provide clear collectioninstructions and support to patients Deliver compassionate,patient-centered care with professionalism and empathy Collaborate with laboratory andhealthcare teams to support quality patient outcomes What We’re Looking For Excellent communication, customerservice, and organizational skills, including professional telephoneetiquette in all situations Ability to work independently andadapt to changing workflows Team-oriented mindset with acommitment to patient satisfaction High school diploma or GEDpreferred Previous phlebotomy or clinicalexperience preferred Completion of an accreditedphlebotomy training program preferred Clinical knowledge and courseworkin anatomy, physiology, medical technology, or patient care-relatedstudies preferred CPT certification preferred Why Join Us?
