Physical Therapist - Travel Contract

Bachelor's, Master's, or Doctoral Degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited program recognized by the APTA. Active Maine Physical Therapist license required to start the assignment. BLS (Basic Life Support) certification from AHA or ARC required prior to start. Experience working in a skilled nursing facility or long-term care setting preferred. Demonstrated competency with restorative nursing programs, fall-risk management, and mobility/retraining interventions preferred. Ability to manage a caseload independently, perform evaluations and develop individualized treatment plans. Current documentation and electronic medical record experience preferred. Assignment Details Facility Type: Skilled Nursing Facility. Shift Name: Days. Shift Details: Days 0800-1630. Scheduled Hours: 5x8 (35 hours per week). Assignment Length: 13 weeks. Candidate may be required to float to other nearby facilities as needed.
