What You’ll Bring:

• Valid Kansas SLP License
• Kansas State Department of Education (KSDE) License
• Certificate of Clinical Competence in Speech-Language Pathology (CCC-SLP)
• Experience in pediatric, school-based, or healthcare SLP settings preferred
• Strong interpersonal and organizational skills
• Dedication to fostering growth in young children

Your Responsibilities:

• Assess and evaluate students’ communication abilities using standardized tools and collaborative observation
• Develop individualized treatment plans that address speech, language, and communication needs
• Deliver engaging therapy sessions, both individually and in small groups, tailored to elementary-aged children
• Consult with teachers, staff, and parents to integrate strategies into the classroom and at home
• Maintain accurate documentation, reporting progress and adjusting intervention strategies as necessary
• Contribute to IEP meetings and provide expertise for multidisciplinary teams
• Participate in ongoing professional development to remain current in best SLP practices
