Business Professional - Sr Business Analyst

Location: Oakbrook Terrace, IL 60181 (Hybrid)

Contract: 12+ Months (Possible extension)

Team Structure and Core Accountabilities:

a. Project and program management support, data management and visualization, team support for multi-departmental projects and initiatives

b. Core team is 4 people, overall team is ~40. Function is driving the multi-departmental initiatives and supporting the key program managers and project managers on individual tasks within larger projects

Responsibilities:

Same as above. Not a typical role where you do the same thing every day. The day to day and change, but the core function is still driving data management, project management and program management support of individual tasks within an overall larger project.

a. As needed will utilize those core skills on many initiatives that may not be fully overlapping.

Candidate Skills (Soft, Software, Technical):

a. Data tools (PowerBI, Excel), presentation skills (PowerPoint), project management skills

b. 7 years

c. Bachelors, preferably technical or business

d. See a

e. Past electric utility experience will be given STRONG preference

f. Can present well and talk well when coordinating across teams and bringing teams together
