What You'll Do

• Assist residentswith activities of daily living (ADLs), including bathing, hygiene, oral care,and grooming
• Support residentsduring meals, including food and fluid intake as needed
• Provide emotionalsupport, companionship, and encouragement to residents
• Respond promptly andcompassionately to resident needs and call lights
• Help ensure residentsafety, comfort, and overall well-being
• Create a welcoming,home-like, and respectful environment for residents and families
• Follow establishedprocedures during emergencies or changes in resident condition
• Collaborate withteam members and leadership to meet resident needs

What You'll Need

• Active CertifiedNursing Assistant (CNA) licensure
• Excellentcommunication and interpersonal skills with a compassionate approach
• Strong teamworkskills with the ability to work independently
• Ability to workflexible shifts, including weekends, holidays, and emergencies
• Energy, patience,and professionalism to meet residents' daily needs
• Physical ability toperform daily duties, including lifting, bending, standing, and assisting withresident mobility
