Key qualifications:
- Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology
- Valid state license in Indiana (or willingness to obtain)
- Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC) or eligibility for Clinical Fellowship Year (CFY)
- Experience working in school settings strongly preferred
- Exceptional communication and collaboration skills
Responsibilities:
- Assess, diagnose, and treat students with speech, language, and communication disorders
- Develop and implement individualized education plans (IEPs)
- Collaborate with teachers, specialists, and families to support student progress
- Document services according to state and district guidelines
