Part-Time Operations & Outreach Assistant | Philippines-Based

I’m looking for a reliable, organized, proactive assistant to help execute and finish projects across a nonprofit organization, education/coaching practice, and creative projects.

**Hours:** About 5 hours/week to start

**Schedule:** Flexible, mostly asynchronous

**Location:** Philippines-based

This is not a traditional “random admin tasks” VA role. I need someone who can take clear instructions, approved content, templates, and project plans and move the work forward without constant supervision.

### Responsibilities

**Outreach & Follow-Up**

* Send approved cold outreach, partnership, and follow-up emails
* Personalize email templates
* Maintain contact lists and outreach trackers
* Track responses and flag important replies

**Grants & Fundraising**

* Track grants, fundraising opportunities, and deadlines
* Organize application requirements and documents
* Help prepare grant applications using existing materials
* Research fundraising, sponsorship, and donor opportunities
* Track missing information and follow-ups

**Products & Landing Pages**

* Create/update simple landing pages from provided content
* Upload workbook/product information and purchase links
* Connect products to sales platforms such as Lulu
* Test links and purchasing paths
* Help get finished products published and selling

**Facilitators & Events**

* Maintain facilitator records and contact information
* Track forms, bios, agreements, and event details
* Send routine correspondence and reminders
* Help coordinate pre- and post-event communication

**Newsletters, Surveys & Content**

* Format, proofread, schedule, and send newsletters
* Finish survey setup, test forms, and send invitations/reminders
* Organize survey responses
* Schedule approved social media content
* Maintain content calendars

**Project Follow-Through**

Help close open loops. Track what has been started, what still needs to happen, deadlines, follow-ups, items waiting for approval, and tasks that can be completed independently.

### Ideal Candidate

You are organized, detail-oriented, proactive, comfortable with professional email communication, and able to work independently after receiving instructions.

Experience with Google Docs, Sheets, Drive, Canva, online research, email tools, basic website editing, and AI tools such as ChatGPT is helpful.

You should be comfortable learning new software, asking questions instead of guessing, and providing brief progress updates.

Our work includes sexual health education, relationships, consent, pleasure, body awareness, and wellness. You must be comfortable working professionally with these topics. This position does not involve sexual services or sexual interaction.

I use AI heavily for research, writing, planning, and strategy. You will often receive completed drafts, plans, or instructions. Your role is to help **execute, send, publish, organize, track, and follow through.**
