Before becoming an agent, I spent six years working as a Claims Representative, which gave me valuable insight into helping customers through important moments in their lives. I graduated Cum Laude from Towson University in 1994 with a Bachelor of Science degree. I'm a lifelong Maryland resident and proud mother of two daughters.
