USCIS Immigration Attorney - Ohio About this position Lisinski Law Firm is expanding its USCIS operations team and is seeking licensed U.S. attorneys with a passion for immigration law who value flexibility, autonomy, and work-life balance. About the Role Engagement: Gig / Contract / Appointment-Based Start: Approximately 10 days from engagement This is not a full-time position. Assignments are scheduled in advance and are designed for attorneys seeking flexible opportunities without full case ownership or long-term employment commitments. Your Key Contributions Serve as co-counsel on client matters, including representing clients at USCIS interviews Appear in person at scheduled USCIS interviews Represent clients professionally and ensure accurate communication of case status Follow prepared notes, instructions and report outcomes using firm templates Why This GIG Works Flexible, appointment-based assignments No case management, filings, or client ownership Transportation and training expenses covered Malpractice insurance provided for all assignments What Makes You a Great Fit Active U.S. bar license (any jurisdiction) 2-3 years of experience as an attorney Immigration experience required Background in mock trial, moot court, depositions and/or litigation Availability during business hours Our Firm At Lisinski Law Firm, the commitment we show to our clients is matched by how we support and invest in our people.
