Job SummaryProcesses quality products safely and efficiently by setting up, operating and performing simple programming of a press brake.1st Shift Hours: 6:00 a.m. – 2:30 p.m., with availability to work overtime as needed.Job ResponsibilitiesEquipment Preparation: Prepare production equipment for operation by making necessary setup adjustments and assisting with equipment changeovers.Quality Assurance: Maintain quality standards and customer specifications by conducting first-piece and in-process inspections, completing production control charts, analyzing data, and making equipment adjustments as neededTraining: Assist in training others for production job responsibilities by demonstrating operational procedures and best practices.Machine Operation: Solve production process problems, make equipment adjustments, and report production and quality data. Communicate decisions made and refer questions to the supervisor as necessaryOperational Maintenance: Follow policies and procedures to maintain production operations, including managing equipment, raw materials, in-process materials, and finished goods. Report needed changesPreventative Maintenance: Ensure the proper operation of equipment by adhering to preventative maintenance policies and procedures.
