Used Car Manager/Sales Manager

KEFFER VW is looking for an experienced Used Car Manager who can also effectively work the desk as a Sales Manager. We are seeking a driven automotive professional with strong leadership, inventory management, and desking experience to help lead our growing team.

Responsibilities

Manage all aspects of used vehicle inventory
Appraise trades and purchase vehicles
Work deals and desk sales team
Structure deals for maximum profitability and customer satisfaction
Utilize market data and pricing tools to maintain competitive inventory
Train and motivate sales staff
Partner with lenders and finance team to secure approvals
Ensure strong merchandising and inventory turn

Qualifications

Previous experience as a Used Car Manager and/or Sales Manager
Strong desking and deal-structuring experience
Experience with vAuto preferred
Proven track record in automotive sales leadership
Strong communication and organizational skills
Ability to thrive in a fast-paced dealership environment
