This role, starting Sep 28, 2026, involves working 8 and 9-hour shifts in a busy emergency department. The physician will provide comprehensive emergency care, supporting a wide range of services including anesthesia, various surgeries, and radiology, while managing an average daily census of 129 patients. No newborn deliveries are required in the ED. Responsibilities and Duties Provide emergency medical care, including support services in Anesthesia, Cardio-Thoracic Surgery, Catheterization Lab, General Surgery, Laboratory, Neuro-Surgery, Orthopedic Surgery, Radiology, and Vascular Surgery. Manage a high-volume emergency department with an average daily census of 129 patients. Conduct rounding as required. Adhere to 8-hour and 9-hour shift schedules. Participate in the L&D department services; no newborn deliveries required in the ED. Additional Information Board Certification in Emergency Medicine required. EMR system utilized is Cerner.
