About the Position

RN – ICU / PCU (Critical Care)

Pay: $70–$78/hr
Shift: Varied Days & Nights

Job Summary:
Regional West Medical Center is seeking experienced ICU/PCU Registered Nurses to provide high-quality care in a fast-paced critical care environment. Candidates must be comfortable caring for critically ill patients and adapting to both ICU and Progressive Care settings.

Requirements:
✅ Active RN License
✅ ICU Experience Required
✅ PCU Experience Required
✅ Strong Critical Care Skills
✅ Ability to Work Day and Night Shifts
✅ Excellent Assessment and Communication Skills

Responsibilities:
• Provide direct patient care in ICU and PCU units
• Monitor and assess critically ill patients
• Administer medications, IV therapies, and treatments
• Operate and monitor critical care equipment
• Collaborate with physicians and interdisciplinary teams
• Maintain accurate EMR documentation
• Respond to emergencies and changes in patient condition
