Boyer Robinson is a boutique CPA firm based in Palm Beach County. Since the practice was established in 2024, it has grown rapidly to serve more than 150 clients and nearly 400 tax filings annually. Clients include retirees, closely held businesses, emerging entrepreneurs, ultra-high-net-worth individuals, and family office structures, which makes for a broad and sophisticated range of tax and advisory work. Beyond tax compliance, the firm provides bookkeeping, payroll, and business consulting services. Boyer Robinson is a modern, technology-forward practice where technical skill, sound judgment, and ownership directly drive client outcomes.

Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site position at our office in Palm Beach Gardens, Florida. The CPA will serve as Client Relationship Manager for new clients joining the firm and will operate as a practitioner within the firm. You will own a book of business from end to end, including signing authority, with the firm’s infrastructure, technology, and support behind you.

Responsibilities include:

• Serving as the primary point of contact and trusted advisor for an assigned book of new clients
• Onboarding new clients and collecting tax documents and information
• Preparing individual, partnership, S corporation, C corporation, and fiduciary tax returns
• Signing returns as the paid preparer under your own PTIN and taking full responsibility for their accuracy, completeness, and compliance
• Presenting results to clients, explaining tax positions, and identifying planning opportunities
• Obtaining client signatures and e-file authorizations and managing filing through completion
• Responding to tax notices and corresponding with taxing authorities as needed
• Handling the administrative work of running your book, including engagement letters, scheduling, deadline and extension management, billing support, and client records in our practice management system

Qualifications



• Required: An active CPA license in good standing in the State of Florida
• Required: A current PTIN
• Required: Ability to work on-site in Palm Beach Gardens, Florida
• 5+ years of tax experience in public accounting, including signing or reviewing individual, business, and fiduciary returns
• Experience with closely held businesses and high-net-worth individuals strongly preferred
• Demonstrated ability to work independently and take full ownership of client relationships and deadlines
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with confidence explaining complex tax matters to clients
• Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage many engagements through busy season
• Proficiency with professional tax software, Excel, and cloud-based practice management tools
• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field
