We pride ourselves on fostering a dynamic and inclusive work environment where interns are valued members of the team and are given meaningful projects to work on.**Job Summary:**Responsible for the storage, picking and issuance (to the shop floor) of raw materials and for the receipt of purchased items and other company supplies.**Essential Duties:*** Pulls items from stock as required by pick lists and Addendum Bill of Material (ABMs), assembles job skids with these items.* Issues job skids to manufacturing supervisors and collects the supervisor’s signature on pick lists and ABMs.* Receives inbound freight and visually inspects it for shipping damage.* Keeps records of receipts for inventory control and tracking purposes.* Sort recently received items and place these items in their designated storage areas.* Maintains areas of the stockroom in neat and orderly fashion.* Picks, pulls and packages/crates outgoing shipments.* Completes outgoing paperwork for shipments* Has knowledge of the MRP system (Glovia).* Uses basic Microsoft office software such as Excel and Word.* Can operate a forklift when necessary.* Delivers parts to cells and gathers signatures.* Backs up production.**Other Duties:*** Perform or assist with any operations, as required to maintain workflow and to meet schedules and quality requirements.* Maintain work areas in a clean and orderly condition. Consistently operate in keeping with all safety rules and requirements.* Participate in any variety of meetings and work groups to integrate activities, communicate issues, obtain approvals, resolve problems and maintain specified level of knowledge pertaining to new developments, requirements and policies.* Perform other related duties as assigned.**Tools and Equipment:**Use computer, specified software, forklift, camera, scales and packing materials, tape measure, bander and knowledge of crating.**Physical Demand:*** Frequently push and pull up to 50 lbs.* Frequently lift and carry up to 75 lbs.* Frequently stand, walk, bend, crouch, kneel, climb, maneuver, stoop, squat, grasp, and reach.* Visual and aural acuity* Listening**Education Requirements/Training Requirements:*** Minimum High School Diploma or GED* Munters Orientation* Quality Assurance and Safety Awareness**Benefits:*** Competitive Salary* Comprehensive health, dental, and vision insurance plans* Flexible work schedule* Generous vacation and paid time off* 401K retirement savings plan with employer matching* Professional development opportunities, including tuition reimbursement, and conference attendance* Company-sponsored social events and team-building activities**Equal Opportunity Employer:** We are an equal opportunity employer and value diversity at our company.
