Bereavement Coordinator

The Bereavement Coordinator is responsible in planning, implementing and maintaining a bereavement program to meet the needs of families/caregivers from Bristol Hospice for up to one (1) year following the death of the individual hospice patientBristol Hospice is a nationwide industry leader committed to providing a family-centered approach in the delivery of hospice services throughout our communities.
