Compensation: $370,000.00 - $410,000.00

ENT Hospitalist (Inpatient-Focused) – Faculty Position

We are looking for a dedicated ENT Hospitalist to join our growing Otolaryngology service line within a prominent academic health system. This role offers the chance to excel in a collaborative academic setting, focusing on delivering outstanding patient care while actively contributing to the development of our programs. This faculty position is perfect for those who thrive in high-acuity environments, enjoy procedural tasks, and value multidisciplinary teamwork in an inpatient context.

Position Highlights

  • Focus on inpatient care: including consultations, rounding, procedures, and care coordination
  • Clinical schedule: Monday to Friday
  • Engagement with high-acuity cases and frequent bedside procedures (e.g., scopes)
  • Opportunity to perform inpatient surgical procedures as required
  • Collaboration with multidisciplinary teams and Advanced Practice Providers (APP)
  • Involvement in resident education through teaching opportunities (rotations throughout the year)
  • Chance to enhance consult volume and expand hospital-based ENT services
  • Visa sponsorship available

Compensation & Incentives

  • Guaranteed base salary with productivity incentives (wRVU)
  • Bonus potential: Approximately 10% incentive
