We are looking for a person with at least four years of experience in software development, who enjoys solving complex problems and wants to grow in an environment where artificial intelligence and conversational automation are the center of innovation.

We seek a profile with solid knowledge in PHP, and GO as an added value, who wants to deepen in generative AI technologies and conversational agents. You will be part of the team responsible for developing the next generation of callbots and intelligent voice solutions, working with language models, speech-to-text, text-to-speech, and scalable architectures for multi-client environments.

Your mission will be to design and implement critical platform integrations and functionalities, always oriented to provide real value in production. Here it is not just about programming, but about maximizing automatic resolution, improving the user experience, and accelerating the return for our clients.

Design, develop, and maintain back-end services in Go and PHP that support conversational agents and critical business flows.

Integrate generative AI models, speech-to-text, and text-to-speech in the platform, ensuring quality and performance in production.

Develop scalable APIs and microservices for multi-client environments, working with availability, latency, and resilience metrics.

Create robust integrations between Vozitel and our clients' systems: CRMs, ERPs, debt collection tools, messaging platforms, and IP telephony.

Contribute to architecture decisions and best practices, participating in the definition of technical standards and code reviews.

Continuously monitor and improve the conversational experience: resolution rates, agent transfers, response times, and user satisfaction.

Clearly document the developments made, ensuring traceability and long-term maintenance.

Collaborate closely with Product, Callbots, and Sales teams to accelerate time-to-production and ensure quality in each delivery.

Stay updated on emerging AI and voice technologies, proposing improvements that allow the platform to stay ahead.
