Job Duties and Responsibilities

Key Responsibilities:

• Supervise and coordinate activities and efficiencies of employees in a manufacturing and distribution work environment for the assembly and distribution of set-top boxes
• Own and report on departmental metrics on productivity of employees daily for accuracy and compliance with established processes and procedures
• Manage labor allocation, and scheduling. Conduct daily shift huddles and safety briefings
• Study and standardize procedures to improve the efficiency of our operators
• Proven ability to perform root-cause analysis on shipping errors and inventory variances and recommend remedial actions to resolve discrepancies.
• Other responsibilities include interviewing, hiring, and training employees; planning, assigning, and directing work; appraising performance; rewarding and disciplining employees; addressing complaints and resolving problems
• Conduct daily and weekly meetings with team members
• Capable of performing all job duties of direct reports at a high level of proficiency
• Directly responsible for exempt/non-exempt staff, and responsible for the performance of subordinates
• Provide leadership to a manufacturing/distribution team and promote employee engagement

Skills, Experience and Requirements

Education and Experience:

• High school diploma/GED
• Leadership experience preferred in a high volume manufacturing/warehouse, retail, and/or food service environment
• Experience with Warehouse Management Systems and ERP Systems is required

Skills and Qualifications:

• Familiarity with Lean Manufacturing principles

Salary Ranges

Compensation: $63,150.00/Year - $90,000.00/Year

The base pay range shown is a guideline. Individual total compensation will vary based on factors such as qualifications, skill level, and competencies; compensation is based on the role's location and is subject to change based on work location.
