2nd Shift Seasonal Equipment Operators

Order/Cherry Pickers, Sit Down Drivers, and Turret Drivers Wanted Seasonal Positions available between March-September 2026. Positions available in West Chester Township. Fulfillment associates are responsible for satisfying customer orders and preparing them for shipment while adhering to the company's standards of excellence. The Aero family expects its associates to share their values of production in areas such as a commitment to safety, quality, and high level of production. In addition, the company expects Fulfillment team members to pick/pack orders, receive/stock product, ensure accurate inventory, and unload/load trucks while meeting or exceeding the department's performance goals as needed. Obtains merchandise from bins or shelves while ensuring completeness and correctness of orders filled Communicates and interacts with internal personnel on a regular basis Commits to the culture of safety within the company Understands and implements instructions from management Handles physical aspects of the job including lifting 25 pounds regularly, standing and walking for long periods, bending, stooping, twisting and working in a loud environment Job Types: Seasonal, part-time or full-time Schedule: 8-hour shift 4pm-12:30am (Second Shift) Sunday-Thursday Work Location: West Chester Township Estimated start date as early as April 2026 and estimated end date August 2026.
