About the Team The Part‑Time Core Sales Associate is the ultimate Pandora fan. Key Responsibilities Dare to exceed individual and store sales goals by building genuine connections with fans. Embrace the store culture, acting as an extraordinary brand ambassador. Create an unforgettable shopping moment that exceeds expectations through excellent product knowledge and brand loyalty. Craft loyal fans by authentically engaging and fostering lasting connections beyond transactions. Uphold merchandising and retail operational standards to ensure smooth, on‑brand operations. Consistently deliver on KPIs, be cross‑trained across store functions, and mentor new team members—living our values of Dream, Care, Dare, and Deliver. All other duties as assigned. Required Qualifications At least 1 year of experience in a high‑performance selling environment. Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with a sense of Care. Ability to charm and captivate an audience and connect with people at all levels. Minimum 18 years of age with proof of identity and eligibility to work. Flexible schedule that includes nights, weekends, and holidays; ability to stand for extended periods and lift 50+ pounds. Consistent schedule with availability of at least 20 hours per week (preferred); hours are typically up to 12 hours per week, increasing to 21 hours during peak weeks (not to exceed 30 hours per week). Benefits Competitive hourly pay: $14.60 to $18.25 per hour, commensurate with experience. Bonus potential and a 401(k) plan.
