We are seeking a detail-oriented and dedicated Dishwasher to join our kitchen staff. The ideal candidate will be responsible for maintaining cleanliness and sanitation standards for tableware and cooking utensils using machine and manual cleaning methods. This is a crucial role in ensuring our kitchen operates smoothly and efficiently.

- Clean and sanitize dishware, glassware, pots, pans, and utensils in a fast-paced environment.
- Operate industrial dishwasher and hand-wash items when necessary.
- Maintain cleanliness of kitchen areas, including floors, counters, and equipment.
- Organize cleaned dishware and utensils and return them to storage areas.
- Ensure that cleaning supplies are stocked and inform management of any supply needs or breakdowns.
- Assist with waste disposal and recycling as needed.
- Collaborate with kitchen and dining staff to ensure an efficient workflow.

- Previous experience in a similar role is advantageous but not required; we are willing to train the right candidate.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to maintaining high hygiene standards.
- Ability to stand for extended periods and perform physical tasks such as lifting and bending.
