Building and growing Jerry's organic presence across key channels, the full-time Organic Growth Specialist will engage with communities on platforms like Reddit, Quora, YouTube, and TikTok, while developing strategies to enhance user trust and authenticity. Key responsibilities Build and grow Jerry's organic presence on key social platforms Develop a playbook for community engagement, outlining posting and interaction strategies Measure and analyze community sentiment, share of voice, and referral traffic Required qualifications 1+ years of experience in community management or organic social, preferably in fintech or insurtech Strong understanding of SEO and how LLMs cite sources Ability to create engaging content that resonates with audiences in regulated categories Experience in developing strategies that prioritize organic trust and long-term engagement Familiarity with the culture and dynamics of platforms like Reddit, TikTok, and Quora
