Regional Board-Certified Behavior Analyst

Spectrum Center Schools and Programs seeks a Regional Board-Certified Behavior Analyst to provide leadership and clinical oversight across multiple nonpublic school and in-district classroom sites serving K–12 students with autism and emotional or behavioral needs. The BCBA will conduct FBAs, design and supervise behavior intervention plans, analyze data, and coach school teams in evidence-based ABA practices. This role partners closely with administrators, teachers, and families, provides staff training, supports IEP development, and ensures compliance with regulatory and ethical standards in a mission-driven, student-centered environment.
