About the Role
The Company is seeking an SVP, Executive Enterprise Operations to serve as the principal execution partner to the CEO. This executive will be instrumental in advancing strategic initiatives and driving operational excellence across the organization. Key responsibilities include leading the execution of global functional strategies, optimizing and standardizing processes, and ensuring alignment with enterprise objectives. The role demands a leader with at least 12 years' progressive experience in operational excellence, logistics, supply chain management, or site leadership within a global distribution environment, and a proven track record of leading large-scale transformation initiatives. The successful candidate will be adept at process optimization, performance monitoring, and will advocate for the deployment of advanced technologies to enhance operational efficiency. Candidates for this role at the company should possess a Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience, with a strong preference for certification or experience in Lean, Six Sigma, or similar methodologies. The SVP will be responsible for governance, compliance, and change management, and must have a deep understanding of program management and scheduling tools. The position requires outstanding communication, leadership, and stakeholder management skills, as well as the ability to work closely with technology teams. The ideal candidate will be a strategic thinker, with a customer service orientation, and the ability to build strong, collaborative relationships globally. Experience in electronics, distribution, or high-volume distribution is preferred, and the role may involve domestic and international travel.
