Key Qualifications:

• Active RN license in New Jersey, in good standing
• Previous experience in a school, pediatric, or community health setting preferred
• Strong assessment, triage, and communication skills
• Ability to create a caring and safe environment for children
• Proficiency with health documentation and electronic recordkeeping
• Current CPR/BLS certification

Primary Responsibilities:

• Deliver direct nursing care to students and staff as needed
• Conduct routine screenings, such as vision, hearing, and immunization compliance
• Monitor and manage chronic conditions (e.g., asthma, diabetes)
• Administer first aid and respond to emergencies appropriately
• Support health education initiatives for students and faculty
• Collaborate with teachers, counselors, and parents regarding student health plans
• Maintain accurate health records and comply with privacy regulations

Compensation for this position ranges from $32.70 to $52.70. Eligible candidates may also receive healthcare benefits, housing, and meals/incidentals.
