Machinist CNC Mill Operator

Position Overview
We are seeking a skilled CNC Mill Operator to join our manufacturing team. The successful candidate will be responsible for operating CNC milling machines to produce precision parts and components. This position plays a crucial role in maintaining high-quality standards and ensuring efficient production processes.

Key Responsibilities

• Set up and operate CNC milling machines according to specifications.
• Read and interpret technical drawings and blueprints.
• Monitor and adjust machine settings to ensure accurate production.
• Conduct quality inspections of completed parts using precision measuring instruments.
• Perform routine maintenance and troubleshooting on CNC machines.
• Collaborate with engineers and production teams to optimize machining processes.

Qualifications

• Proven experience as a CNC Mill Operator or similar role.
• Strong understanding of CNC machining processes and techniques.
• Familiarity with measuring tools and quality assurance methods.
• Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and specifications.
• Experience in aerospace or defense manufacturing is a plus.
• Knowledge of manual OD grinding and finishing techniques is desirable.
