Senior Business Analyst Year-End Platform Analytics & Transition Consultant (Contract)

Pay Rate: $37.50/hour Schedule: MondayFriday, 8:00 AM5:00 PM Location: 100% Remote (Anywhere in the U.S.) Contract Duration: June 29, 2026 April 30, 2027 Education Required: Bachelor's Degree

Position Overview

The Year-End Platform Analytics & Transition Consultant provides analytical, documentation, and project support during the transition to a new servicing platform. This role plays a key part in enhancing operational readiness, capturing institutional knowledge, and supporting process stability while broader team access to the platform is phased in over the next 612+ months.

Working exclusively within the new platform, the consultant will support critical year-end operations through data analysis, process documentation, reporting, and project coordination. This is a temporary, project-based opportunity designed to strengthen operational continuity and reduce transition risk.

Key Responsibilities

Platform Transition Support

• Develop and maintain expertise in the new servicing platform.
• Assist with workflow stabilization and tracking of system-related issues.
• Identify process gaps and recommend operational improvements.
• Support platform adoption and transition readiness initiatives.

Analytics & Reporting

• Perform data reviews, validation, and reconciliation activities.
• Create and maintain internal tracking reports and milestone dashboards.
• Identify exceptions and document findings under established procedures.
• Support operational reporting and year-end analytics initiatives.

Documentation & Knowledge Management

• Create and maintain Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs), job aids, and workflow documentation.
• Organize and maintain documentation repositories for future onboarding and training.
• Capture institutional knowledge to support long-term operational success.

Project Coordination

• Track project timelines, deliverables, and transition milestones.
• Maintain issue logs, risk trackers, and action item reports.
• Coordinate communication and updates across stakeholders and project teams.
• Support year-end operational and transition-related initiatives.

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree required.
• Strong analytical, reporting, and reconciliation skills.
• Advanced Microsoft Excel skills, including Pivot Tables, VLOOKUP/XLOOKUP, and data tracking.
• Exceptional organizational and documentation abilities.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong written communication skills and attention to detail.
• Comfortable working in regulated, compliance-driven, or highly structured environments.

Preferred Experience

• 36 years of experience in: Mortgage Servicing, Financial Operations, Business Analysis, System Implementations, Regulated Operational Environments.
• Experience supporting platform migrations, process transitions, or system implementations preferred.
• Exposure to reporting, audit, compliance, or risk management environments is a plus.
