What You'll Do

• Welcome customers and provide an exceptional service experience.
• Recommend maintenance and repairs based on manufacturer guidelines and vehicle needs.
• Build trust through transparency, communication, and follow-up.
• Manage a high-volume customer schedule while maintaining accuracy and attention to detail.
• Work closely with technicians to keep customers informed throughout the repair process.
• Consistently achieve and exceed sales, customer satisfaction, and productivity goals.
• Turn every customer interaction into a long-term relationship.

Qualifications

• Previous automotive Service Advisor experience preferred
• Strong sales and communication skills
• Excellent customer service abilities

• Valid driver's license with a clean driving record

Compensation
