Job Description
We are seeking a self-motivated, detail-oriented analyst to research New York City tax and municipal records, which include various agencies such as the Department of Finance and the Department of Buildings.
Compensation:$45,000+ yearly
Responsibilities:- Investigate property records on various New York City databases
- Compile information to produce title searches
- Maintain a log of open tasks to ensure timely completion
- Proactive mindset
- Strong written and verbal skills
- Ability to multitask
- Basic typing skills
- Well organized
