Schedule: Full-Time, Monday-Friday, 9:00 AM-5:00 PM Position Summary We are seeking an Assistant Brand Manager to support brand strategy, marketing planning, budget management, business reporting, and product management for a leading health and wellness brand. Schedule: Full-Time, Monday-Friday, 9:00 AM-5:00 PM Position Summary We are seeking an Assistant Brand Manager to support brand strategy, marketing planning, budget management, business reporting, and product management for a leading health and wellness brand. This role involves analyzing business performance, coordinating marketing initiatives, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to support brand growth. Key Responsibilities
- Support annual brand planning and marketing strategy development.
- Track marketing budgets, purchase orders, coupon programs, and monthly financial reports.
- Prepare monthly business reviews using sales data, market trends, competitive insights, and product performance.
- Coordinate marketing campaigns and develop sales support materials.
- Manage packaging updates, new product requests, and product inventory tracking.
- Collaborate with Sales, Finance, Supply Chain, Legal, Regulatory, and Marketing teams .
- Support product claims review and ensure appropriate approvals.
- Bachelor's degree required; MBA preferred.
- 5+ years of professional experience, including at least 2 years in a similar role.
- CPG/FMCG brand management or marketing experience preferred.
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint.
- Strong analytical, communication, organizational, and project coordination skills.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities, work independently, and meet deadlines.
