Email resume View email address on click.appcast.io Key Responsibilities Patient Scheduling: Scheduling, rescheduling, and cancelling appointments for consultations, treatments, and procedures. Administrative Coordination: Managing, updating, and confirming appointments via phone, email, or automated systems. Insurance & Records: Verifying patient insurance eligibility, obtaining authorizations, and managing referrals. Data Accuracy: Updating patient personal information, medical records, and scheduling databases with high attention to detail. Communication: Acting as the first point of contact for patient inquiries, providing pre-examination instructions, and communicating with medical staff. Schedule Optimization: Balancing provider schedules to prevent, manage, and fill bottlenecks or last-minute cancellations. PCSI is an Equal Opportunity Employer.
