Packer Location: Indianapolis, IN. Pay: $17.50/hr Shift: Monday Thursday: 6:30 AM 4:00 PM Friday: 6:30 AM 10:30 AM Overtime may be available on Fridays until 3:00 PM and occasionally on Saturdays. Key Responsibilities Assemble and package medical care kits. Perform light hand assembly and kitting tasks. Pack, label, and palletize shipping boxes. Follow written work instructions and production procedures. Conduct basic quality inspections as assigned. Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area following 5S standards. Work effectively in a team environment to meet production goals. Stand at a workstation for extended periods while performing repetitive tasks. Qualifications High School Diploma or GED required. 05 years of experience in packing, assembly, production, warehouse, or general labor roles. Ability to stand in the same location for up to 9 hours per day. Ability to read and follow work instructions. Strong attendance and reliability. Good communication and teamwork skills. Preferred Qualifications Experience with packaging, labeling, kitting, or hand assembly. Experience in a manufacturing or medical device environment. Familiarity with 5S practices and quality inspections. Job Type & Location: This is a Contract position based out of Indianapolis, IN.
