At Mathnasium, we help kids in grades Pre-K to 12+ understand math by teaching them the way that makes sense to them. When math makes sense, kids leap way ahead – whether they started out far behind or already ahead in math. Our formula for teaching kids math, the Mathnasium Method™ has transformed the way kids learn math for over two decades across 1,000+ centers in the US and Canada. We are looking for an Admin Coordinator to help us reach our mission! Part-time hours with a flexible schedule!

Responsibilities:

• Respond to customer inquiries, coordinate appointments, reach out to local schools, and create relationships. 
• Utilizing our operating system to create and update learning plans for all students.
• Delegating tasks and ensuring that they are completed in accordance with existing policies and procedures.
• Greeting visitors and directing them to to the appropriate parties.
• Handling basic office duties, such as answering and routing phones, responding to emails, data entry, and reporting.
• Answering questions and finding information for employees, vendors, clients, and lenders.
• Supporting employees by facilitating interdepartmental communications and interactions between internal and external parties.

Qualifications and Skills:

• Basic math knowledge through Pre-Algebra.
• Must be able to work under minimal supervision.
• Maintain confidential information regarding students and personnel.
• Customer Service-Centric.
• Outgoing and positive attitude.
• Articulate speaker.
• Basic knowledge of computer applications (Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
• Bilingual (not mandatory).
