Looking specifically for someone to work from 8:30am - 1pm ROLE DESCRIPTION:
Jessie Vincent - State Farm Agent is a leading insurance agency dedicated to providing exceptional service to our customers. We are currently seeking a dynamic individual to join our team as a Receptionist - State Farm Agent Team Member. We’re looking for an energetic Insurance Sales Representative to help protect families and businesses with auto, home, life, and health insurance. ✅ License Requirement:
Candidates must have or be willing to obtain and maintain:
- Property & Casualty Producer's License
Responsibilities:
- Greet customers warmly in person and over the phone, directing them to the appropriate team members.
- Manage appointment scheduling and office communications.
- Assist in handling incoming inquiries and maintaining customer records.
- Outbound calling to prospects to pivot to new products.
- Participate in office games/promotions.
- Engage in conversations with prospective and existing customers, identifying opportunities to offer insurance options.
- Provide excellent customer service and follow up on customers needs.
- Support the team with various administrative tasks and projects.
Qualifications:
- Previous experience in a receptionist or customer service role is a plus, but not required.
- Detail oriented and organized.
- Communication and interpersonal skills.
- Organizational and multitasking abilities.
- Comfortable with engaging in sales conversations.
- Basic computer skills, including Microsoft Office and CRM systems.
