We're hiring outgoing, people-focused Outside Sales Representatives who enjoy meeting homeowners, building trust quickly, and guiding conversations that lead to confident decisions. This is a high-interaction, field-based role with warm, pre-scheduled appointments provided by our marketing and customer care teamsso your time is spent talking with people, not chasing leads. You'll meet homeowners face-to-face, assess foundation and concrete concerns, explain solutions in clear, everyday language, and help homeowners feel good about protecting their home. Every home presents something different, and your success is driven by your ability to connect, communicate, and take action.

What You'll Do:

• Meet homeowners at scheduled appointments in Corpus Christi and surrounding areas
• Build rapport quickly and lead engaging, professional conversations
• Inspect foundations, crawlspaces, and concrete surfaces
• Explain what you see and why it matters in a clear, confident way
• Present tailored solutions using our proven systems
• Use company tools to document inspections and proposals
• Move quickly from appointment to appointment with autonomy and support

What We're Looking For:

• Comfortable leading conversations and influencing decisions face-to-face
• Self-motivated and enjoys independence in the field
• Able to adapt, think on your feet, and stay positive
• Comfortable using tablets, apps, and sales tools
• Passionate about helping homeowners solve real problems
• Valid driver's license
• No prior sales experience required full training provided!

Pay & Compensation:

4-month training pay + commission. Transition to 100% commission on or before month 4. $100,000+ annual earning potential. Top performers earn $200,000+ (uncapped). Your income reflects your energy, effort, and connection with customers.
