ERC Pathlight is seeking a Milieu Therapist to facilitate groups and provide support to patients in their IP/Res and PHP programs.
Candidates must have a Bachelor's and a Master's degree in mental health or a related field, along with an intern or associate license, and a minimum of 18 months of experience in behavioral health, which can be waived with a relevant master's degree.
The position requires full-time commitment, consisting of three 12-hour shifts per week, including alternating weekends and on-call shifts as needed.
